To dispatch the right local sewer professional to your address, to follow up on your service request, and to confirm completion of work. We don't sell your information to third parties.

How long we keep it

Call recordings and transcripts: 18 months from the call date, then deleted. Contact form submissions: 18 months from the date submitted. Service records (if work is performed): retained per applicable NY contractor record-keeping requirements (typically 7 years).

Who we share it with

Only the local sewer professional dispatched to your address, the call-tracking infrastructure that records and transcribes your call, and any regulator or court if compelled by law. That's it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of all information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
